Troubleshooting

The following table provides instructions for troubleshooting:

Malfunction
The display of the
dispensing valve
controller (1) is dark.
LOKPREP is not applied
after pushing the button
of the dispensing valve
handle (15).
Too little LOKPREP is
applied.
Too much LOKPREP is
applied.
Possible cause and corrective action
Check if the dispensing valve controller (1) is connected to the power supply
and switched on.
Carry out the following steps in sequence until the problem is solved:
1. Ensure that the dispensing valve controller (1) is connected to the power
supply and switched on.
2. Ensure that you are using the correct "Program".
3. Ensure that the set dispensing time is correct.
4. that the set pressure is correct.
5. Ensure that the 3/2 way valve (9) is open.
6. Ensure that all hose connections of the system are tightened properly.
7. Ensure that there is LOKPREP in the cartridge (11).
8. Replace the dispensing tip (19).
9. Clean the system according to chapter "9.3 Removing all LOKPREP
residues from the system".
Carry out the following steps in sequence until the problem is solved:
1. Ensure that you are using the correct "Program".
2. Ensure that the set dispensing time is correct.
3. Ensure that the set pressure is correct.
4. Ensure that all hose connections of the system are tightened properly.
5. If the problem is still not solved, check if there is air in the LOKPREP
hose. If so, press the button of the dispensing valve handle (15) or the
PURGE key at the dispensing valve controller (1) until the LOKPREP has
reached the dispensing valve (16) and exits the dispensing valve (16)
without enclosed air bubbles. Make sure to collect exiting LOKPREP by
appropriate means like a cloth or paper towel.
Carry out the following steps in sequence until the problem is solved:
1. Ensure that you are using the correct "Program".
2. Ensure that the set dispensing time is correct.
3. Ensure that the set pressure is correct.
