all service work.
Danger
Risk of injury from the cutter!
The are three milling depth settings (6, 8 or 10 mm /
0.24, 0.31, or 0.39 inches). Loosen the Allen screw
with the supplied SW4 Allen key and move the base
plate to the desired milling depth (see Fig. 6). Then
retighten the Allen screw.
Fig. 6
If the base plate is retracted all the
way, the maximum milling depth of
10 mm (0.39 inches) is reached.
5.7 Milling width
The milling width is 34 mm (1.34 inches). If the gutter
supports are wider than 34 mm (1.34 inches), mill a
second time, offset from the previous milling.
5.8 Changing the cutter
Danger
Unplug the rechargeable battery for
all service work.
Danger
Risk of injury from the cutter!
So as to guarantee its function, the machine is
harmonised with the milling cutter included in the
delivery, therefore only a corresponding spare part can
be used.
• Unscrew the five screws on the cover and remove
the cover along with the screws.
• Press and hold the spindle lock button.
• Turn the milling head counterclockwise until it is
loosened and can be removed.
• Replace the milling cutter and tighten it with an
appropriate wrench SW19 (13 Nm). Ensure there

Deresinification is carried out by soaking the cutters for
24 hours in paraffin or commercially available resin
remover.
