Press and hold the large cup and the small cup buttons at the same time for 3 seconds.
The descaling process will begin. The water with the descaling agent will pass through the
internal pipe of the machine and will then be ejected from the spout. The descaling process
will be deactivated when the water tank is emptied.
WARNING: you can pause the descaling process by pressing the power button (a beep will
sound). If you press and hold the power button for 1.5 seconds, the appliance will enter standby
mode.

When the descaling process is completed, press the small cup button and the large cup
button at the same time for 3 seconds to restart it.

Fill the water tank with clean water.
7.
Press the large cup button; the pump will start, and water will flow out of the appliance to
clean the inside of the machine. Repeat this operation 5 times (make sure it is clean water).
The descaling process is now complete.
Cleaning the coffee machine
1.
Unplug the appliance and allow it to cool down completely before cleaning.
2.
Use a clean, damp cloth or sponge to clean the outside of the appliance and its accessories.
WARNING: never use alcohol or solvents to clean the appliance, nor immerse it in water to
clean it.

Problem
No coffee comes

Cause
There is not enough water in
the tank.
Water tank is not correctly
positioned.
The coffee machine does not
preheat.
The machine does not turn on.
Solution
Fill up the water tank.
Check if it is correctly positioned.
Wait for the preheating process to
complete. All indicator lights will stay
on when the machine is ready.
Check that it is connected to the mains
and press the power button.
