11.4 Use favourites
You have 30 favourites memory locations at your disposal, where you can store
any FM stations that you can then call up quickly and easily.
11.4.1 Save favourites
>
First set the desired channel.
>
Press and hold the FAV button (or PRESET on the device) for approx. 2
seconds until [Save favourite] appears on the display.
>
Use the arrow buttons /▲▼ to select a favourite memory location 1...30.
>
To save the transmitter, press the OK button. The display briefly shows
[saved] to confirm.
Alternative:
>
Press and hold one of the number buttons 1...10 (0= 10) on the
remote control until [saved] appears on the display.
11.4.2 Call up favourite
>
Briefly press the FAV or PRESET button.
>
Use the arrow buttons /▲▼ to select a favourite memory location.
>
To play the station, press the OK button. Alternatively:
>
Press the corresponding number buttons 1...10 on the remote control or
press the P+/- button several times.
11.4.3 Audio settings
Depending on the reception quality, stations can be played in stereo or mono.
>
Open the menu by pressing the MENU button.
>
Now use the arrow buttons /▲▼ to select the [Audio settings] menu
item and confirm your selection by pressing the OK button.
>
Use the arrow buttons /◀▶ to select the option Mono only? > [NO] if the
channels are to be played back in stereo sound (depending on the
reception quality) or Mono only? > [YES] if the channels should only be
played with mono sound.
>
Confirm your selection by pressing the OK button.
If the reception quality is too poor, the station is always played back with
mono sound.
