DCF immersion

DCF Immersion Warranty

The warranty period is two years and covers manufacturing defects. The warranty is valid provided that the
machine is used normally and the necessary maintenance has been carried out. Normal wear and tear is not
considered a manufacturing defect. Repairs must be performed by Dustcontrol or another company authorized by
Dustcontrol. Failure to do so will void the warranty.
Limitation of liability
Dustcontrol's liability and obligations in relation to the goods and thereto related shall in no event exceed the
purchase price of the goods.
Dustcontrol shall not be liable to the Buyer for any special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages for any
reason, including but not limited to damages in the form of (a) loss of profits, revenues or anticipated savings as
a result of failure of the equipment to meet specifications or warranties, (b) damages suffered by the Buyer as a
result of loss of production facilities or equipment, (c) costs of replacement equipment, (d) damages suffered by the
Buyer's customers, (e) any fines or penalties imposed for failure to comply with any law or governmental regulation.
