Problema
The dispenser did not connect to my Wi-Fi network
The dispenser dispenses the meal at the wrong time
It is reported that the food is blocked.
The screen is black or the video is blocked when the dispenser

PRIMA DI UTILIZZARE IL PRODOTTO
• L'apparecchio deve essere usato solo con l'adattatore fornito in dotazione.
• Assicuratevi che il voltaggio indicato sull'etichetta del trasformatore corrisponda a quello della rete di alimentazione.
• Prima di operare qualsiasi attività di manutenzione, assicuratevi di aver scollegato l'apparecchio dalla rete di alimentazione.
• I cavi di alimentazione dell'adattatore USB possono essere né sostituiti né riparati: se danneggiati, sostituite l'intero componente. Il cavo non va mai
tagliato.
• L'apparecchio è destinato al solo uso interno.
• Assicuratevi che la vostra abitazione sia protetta a monte da un interruttore differenziale salvavita con corrente di intervento non superiore a 30mA.

di un adulto. I bambini non devono giocare con l'apparecchio.
• Questo prodotto è un dispenser di cibo per gatti o cani, quindi non utilizzarla in modi diversi dall'uso originale previsto.
• Assicuratevi di posizionare il cavo di alimentazione in modo che il vostro animale non possa morsicarlo o danneggiarlo.

The dispenser is connected to the Wi-Fi network. Wi-Fi can be deactivated from the app's settings
menu.
The kibble cannot get out because it is blocked by the kibble still in the bowl.
It could be that your pet is not eating previous meals in time or that these are too large.
Soluzione
Refer to chapter "Wi-Fi settings" to check that the conditions stated in the Important Notice have been met.
Reset the dispenser as indicated in point 6 of the chapter "Adding the food dispenser to the Tuya App" and try
the pairing again via QR code or automatic scan mode.
Check that the time zone of the distributor is set correctly. Check the settings in the App.
The dispenser has sensors that check for food blockages and blockages. If the meal doses are too large and
the dog or cat has kibble left in the bowl these will be added to the next dispense until the food in the bowl
accumulates to such an extent that it backs up towards the dispenser outlet activating the sensors that will
signal blockage. Disconnect the food outlet (5) and restore the normal conditions of use of the dispenser,
resetting the doses for each individual meal if necessary.
The problem is related to the network status. This can happen if the signal of the Wi-Fi network, to which the
dispenser is connected, is not good or if the phone is connected to an unstable network.
Connecting the dispenser to a 5GHz Wi-Fi network will be a good choice. You can also try switching to a lower
video resolution to improve the situation.
