13 Conformity and standards
The device fulfils the requirements of the following EU directives and
standards:
– 2014/30/EU Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) of electrical and electron-
ic equipment
– 2014/35/EU Low voltage directive
– 2011/65/EU Restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in
electrical and electronic equipment (RoHS)
The products of the u-view series conform to the UKCA according to the
following directives:
– SI2016/1091, Electromagnetic Compatibility Regulations 2016
– SI2016/1101, Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016
The test certificates according to CISPR 16-2-3 show that the u-view products
comply with the limits for radio interference according to CFR 47 Part 15,
Section B, §15.109, Class A (2010) and ICES-003, Number 5, Class A (2012).
