Cyber security
The product is capable of communication and can be integrated into networks
if protective measures are taken. To ensure cyber security, please observe
the following:
– In order to protect devices, systems, machines and networks from cyber
threats, it is necessary to implement and maintain a state-of-the-art,
comprehensive industrial security concept.
– The operator is responsible for preventing unauthorized access to its
devices, systems, machines and networks.
– The product may not be connected directly with the company network or
with the internet. Once this product is to be connected to the company
network or the Internet, necessary and appropriate security precautions,
such as firewalls and network segmentation, must be taken.
– The product has password management; the default password must be
changed at the first login.
– We recommend only using HTTPS for web access.
– HTTP support can be completely disabled by disabling ports 80 and 8080.
– Port 22 (SSH access) should also be disabled if no file transfer to the user
directory is required.
