1. Remove Cylindrical Hexagon Screws (#17) that are pre-assembled on the slots

located on the Backrest Cushion (#4) Frame and set them aside nearby as they

will be used later in this step. Insert each of the two Pivot Bars (#5) into the slots

located on the Backrest Cushion (#4) Frame.

2. Screw the Pivot Bars (#5) to the Cushion Frame (#4) by using two Cylindrical

Hexagon Screws (#17).

3. Slide Safety Catch (#18) to the two Pivot Bars (#5) as the diagram shown.

1. Move the hole on Safety Catch (#18) as diagram shown. With the help of a

partner, lift the Back Cushion (#4) Assembly and seat the Pivot Bars (#5) into

the two brackets located on the Main Frame.

2. Make sure both sides are properly seated into each bracket.

3. Test the Back Cushion (#4) by rocking it back and forth a few times, ensured

that the Back Cushion (#4) rotates smoothly.
