OPERATION
Before using the device, make sure that the bench is able to rotate
to the maximum in both directions. The bench should be placed on
a level, stable surface.
1. To reduce the angle of maximum rotation of the device, use the
attachment strap. When using it for the first time, it is
recommended to set the angle to 20 degrees.
2. To adjust the bench setting to the user's height, please:
• pull out the locking pin of the height adjuster.
• the height adjuster must be set to the correct height. The
setting will depend on how your body weight is distributed.
Always start with the height setting above your actual height.
By starting above your height, you can make sure that the
rotation is not too rapid.
USING THE INVERSION TABLE
1. Get on the device and lock the ankle lock.
2. Then slowly lie down on the bench, keeping your hands on your
thighs. Slowly raise your arms, allowing the bench to rotate
backward. Raise and lower the arms to control the rotation of the
bench.
3. Extending your arms above your head will cause the bench to
tilt backward as much as possible.
4. To return to a horizontal position or a position with the legs down,
slowly move the hands toward the thighs.
5. It is recommended that the inversion bench be used for five or
ten minutes each morning and again each evening.
