• If a battery has leaked, put on protecti-
ve gloves to dispose of the device.
• Protect batteries from excessive heat.
• Risk of explosion! Never throw batte-
ries into a fire.
• Do not disassemble, split or crush the
batteries.
• In order to achieve as long a battery
service life as possible, fully charge the
battery at least 2 times a year.
• Always switch the device off in advan-
ce of charging.
• Batteries must be charged correctly
prior to use. The instructions from the
manufacturer and the specifications
regarding correct charging in these
instructions for use must be observed
at all times.

• The heat function of the device must
not be used by persons who are not
sensitive to heat or by other vulner-
able persons who may not be able to
react to overheating (e.g. diabetics,
persons with skin alterations due to
illness or scarred tissue in the applica-
tion area, after taking pain relief medi-
cation or alcohol).
• The surface of the heating head be-
comes hot when the heat function
is switched on. Persons sensitive to
heat must be careful when using the
device.
