After the function test, smoke detection is deacti-
vated for 10 minutes. During this time, no alarm
can be triggered.
For the time the alarm is muted after a function test the
device LED flashes red every 10 seconds.

General information about the installati-
on location
Please observe the installation notes of this
manual to ensure proper functioning. Please
read this entire section before mounting the
smoke detector.
Local regulations for commissioning and in-
stalling smoke detectors must be observed, as
the minimum equipment is determined by the
respective specifications of the state building
codes.
The smoke detector monitors an area of up to 60
m² at a maximum ceiling height of 6 m.
