If the battery charge indicator on the power tool flashes red,
the power tool is overloaded.
Battery Charge Indicator on the Rechargeable
Battery
Note: Not all battery types have a battery charge indicator.
The LEDs on the battery charge indicator on the re-
chargeable battery indicate the state of charge of the bat-
tery. For safety reasons, it is only possible to check the char-
ging status when the power tool is at a standstill.
Press the button for the battery charge indicator on the re-
chargeable battery to show the state of charge. This is also
possible when the rechargeable battery is removed.

Recommendations for Optimal Handling of the
Battery
Protect the battery against moisture and water.

Oscillation speed rate level "4" is the maximum level that
should be used when sanding. If the oscillation speed rate
is too high, this will considerably increase the wear on the
accessory and can also lead to premature breakdown.
