16. Troubleshooting
The following table shows fault symptoms and describes remedial measures in the event of your machine failing to
work properly. If you cannot localise and rectify the problem with this, please contact your service workshop.

Remedy
Plug the mains plug back in to the socket
Check socket, mains connection cable, lead,
plug and fuse, if necessary, have repaired by an
electrician
Switch the on/off switch on
Repair by customer service department
Close air regulation
Switch off the hoover to clear blockages and
obstructions
Close container
Empty container / replace dust bag
Empty, clean or replace filter
Clear the float
Clear the float
Insert absent filter or check correct fit of filter
Connect and lock the water channels correctly
Insert / replace sealing ring
Clean water channel
Avoid kinking the water channel
Repair by customer service department
Fill up the water tank
