2) Select the defrosting time by rotating "K" button.
3) Press "Z" button to start defrosting. Time will count down.
4) Defrosting output is P30.
7. AUTOMATIC COOKING OPTION
1) Rotate "K" button to the right in standby mode to select the automatic cooking
programme. The display will show "A1" to "A8".
2) Press "Z" button to confirm.
3) Set the food weight by rotating "K" button.
4) Press "Z" button to start cooking.

8. COOKING IN MULTIPLE STAGES
Two cooking stages may be set at the same time. If you use defrosting, this stage should be
the first. After finishing each stage, an acoustic signal will sound, and the next stage will begin.
Note: Automatic cooking cannot be set as a stage.
Example: If you want to defrost a meal for 5 minutes, and then to cook it at the level of 80
% of microwave output for 7 minutes, then take the following steps:
