Tips and tricks
- The best heat transfer is achieved with cookware/serving dishes that have a flat bottom resting entirely on the
surface.
- In order to keep food warm reliably, heat up the empty serving dish before filling it and cover it with a matching lid.
- Stir the dish as necessary in order to keep it consistently warm.
- In order to prevent food residues from burning in and being difficult to remove thereafter, do not leave the
empty cookware on the appliance with it switched on.
- Remove residues from the glass ceramic surface immediately to prevent them from burning in onto the surface.

Cleaning
Danger!
Always pull the power plug out of the socket before each cleaning.
Danger !
Never immerse the appliance, the plug or the power cable in water or other liquids. Do not clean it in
the dishwasher.
Risk of burns or injury!
Always let the appliance cool down completely before cleaning it.
- Clean the appliance immediately after each use.
- Wipe the glass ceramic surface as well as the housing with a soft cloth only, slightly moistened if needed.
Afterwards, dry it off thoroughly.
- In case of stubborn residues, use a commercially available cleaning agent for stainless steel products or
glass ceramic surfaces in accordance with the instructions for use given there. For cleaning, do not use any
sharp objects and abrasive or aggressive cleaning agents.
- Make sure that all parts are completely dry before using the appliance again or storing it.
