Electrical connection
Free cabling
Attention: The cable of the clarios-mini RGB features a wire which is not used (brown). Normally,
the wire is shortened ex works and is not connected.

M12 plug and cabling system
The connection of the clarios-mini versions with M12 connector is quite simple, either with or
without dimming function. Plug the connector of the luminary in a free socket of the M12 cabling
system. The M12 cabling system is coded in a way to avoid wrong wiring or failures. Single-color
lights with M12 plugs are designed for operation on 24 V multiboxes, RGB spotlights are operated
on 12 V multiboxes and with an integrated RGB or RGBW controller. Please plan the components
required for the electrical installation (power supplies, distributors, extensions and plugs for un-
assigned M12 sockets) according to the sales documentation of the M12 cabling system before
placing an order.
