The NuFACE® Trinity+ complies with the requirements of IEC 60601-1-2:2014 (EMC Collateral
Standard) including the E-field susceptibility requirements at 10 volts per meter, at frequencies
from 80 MHz to 2.7 GHz. However, even at this level of device immunity, certain transmitting
devices (cellular phones, two-way radios, cordless phones, paging transmitters, RFID devices, etc.)
emit radio frequencies that could interrupt Trinity+ operation if operated in a range too close to
the device. Users should be aware of possible radio frequency interference if portable devices
are operated in close proximity to the Trinity+. It is recommended that transmitting devices such
as cellular phones, two-way radios, cordless phones, etc. not be located within 10 feet / 3m of
the Trinity+ during treatment. In addition, it is recommended that such transmitting devices not
be located within 10 feet / 3m of the Trinity+ during Bluetooth® wireless communication with
the NuFACE App, other than the cellular phone being used to communicate with the Trinity+.
The NuFACE® Trinity+ complies with the requirements of IEC 60601-1-2:2017 for Radiated and
Conducted Emissions in Group 1 Class B.
The NuFACE® Trinity+ complies with the requirements of IEC 60601-1-2:2014 for Harmonic
distortion in Harmonic classification A.
The NuFACE® Trinity+ incorporates Bluetooth® low energy communications at 2.4 GHz frequency
