MSpa@has been manufacturedwith reliability and simplicity in mind. All products have been inspected
and found free of defects prior to leavingthe factory.
MSpawarrants this product against defects in material and workmanshipfor a period of:
• TWELVE (12)months- Electric Parts(Control B ox)

SD((6) months - Spa pool.
The warranty period begins on the date of purchase and MSpa requires presentationof the original proof
to purchase to ascertain the date. During the warranty period, MSpawill either repair or replace, at its
discretion,anydefectiveproducts.Replacement p roductsor repairedpartswill be warrantedfor onlythe
unexpiredportionof the originalwarranty.

Warranty Policy
• This limitedwarrantydoesnot applyto anydefectresultingfromnegligence, a ccident,misuse,or
other reason beyond MSpa's reasonable control, included but not limitedto: normal wear and tear,
negligenceor failure to follow the product instructions,improperor inadequate maintenance;
connectionto improper power supply; chemical water damage, loss of pool water, unauthorized
productmodification or repair;usefor commercial p urpose;fire, lightening, f lood or otherexternal
causes
This warranty is valid only in the country of purchase in such countries where MSpa sells and
services the same model with identicaltechnical specifications
• Warrantyserviceoutsidethe countryof purchaseis limitedto the termsandconditionsof the
correspondingwarranty in the country of service. Where the cost of repairs or replacementis not
covered by this warranty, MSpawill advise the owners and the cost shall be chargedto the owner.
• Thiswarrantyonlyappliesto the originalpurchaserandterminatesuponanytransferof ownership.
• All repairsof whichwarrantyclaimsare mademustbe pre-authorized by ORPCthroughan
accredited distributor or agent provided that the defectivepart be returnedto the distributor or agent
TransportationPrepaid, if requested.
• All the authorizedsellingdealeris responsible for all in-fieldserviceworkcarriedout on your MSpa
product. ORPC will not be liable for results of cost of workmanshipfrom unauthorizedservice person.
Productsmarked with both MSpa and another producerare governed exclusivelyby the warranty
provided by the other producer.

Warranty Registration
Registrationis required.Warranty Card can be only filled out by mail. All claims must be submitted to
ORPC by authorized selling dealers. It is essential that all submitted claims provide all the necessary
information includingCustomerName,PurchaseDate,SeriesNo.,ProductModel,Problem,and Parts
requested.Without this informationthe warranty will be invalid.Warranty Card must be completed and
mailed to ORPC by authorized dealer within Thirty (30) days from the original purchase date.
