Allen key width 5
(Accessory)
● Piping system must be made pressure-free
before installing the sampling valve!
● The valve housing is not tightened when
delivered, in order to be able to align it
during installation.
● The sampling valve is delivered closed!
● Please check for closed condition after
installing!
Use allen key size 5 to lock the top section
by turning to the right.

Assembly
Install the sampling valve at the desired
location in the pipe system at a drai-
nage/maintenance tappet and clamp it
by using the hexagonal bar. This will seal
the sampling valve with the drainage
tappet.
Insert the outlet pipe into the sleeve nut
in order to determine the location of the
outlet pipe.
Now tighten the sleeve nut using the size
19 open spanner, and then tighten the
top section nut with the
size 22 for figure 187 00,
size 24 for figure 087 00,
spanner.
The sampling valve is now completely
sealed andclosed.
In order to avoid leaks in the housing
area, ensure that the copper sealing
rings are correctly located (concentric
positions).
