INDICATIONS FOR USE
The Sizer is designed for use in conjunction with the Koh-Efficient
Colpotomizer
System, where the cervix is present.

properly or are damaged.

- Seite 2 DIRECTIONS FOR USE Calibration test prior to insertion: To confirm that the Sizer is within its calibrated parameter, set the Scale on the Sizer to the 4 cm position and hold it up to a 4 cm KOH Cup™ or metric scale. If the device is not calibrated correctly, do not use. 1.
- Seite 3 RECOMMENDED CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS Always rinse and clean instrument immediately following use. Enzymatic cleaning agents reduce organic matter and facilitate its removal. Never use corrosive cleaning agents (i.e. bleach). Neutral pH (7.0) cleaning agents are recommended (if unknown, check MSDS or check with distributor). 1.
- Seite 4 WARRANTY The Cervical Sizer is warrantied by CooperSurgical for a period of one (1) year from date of shipment. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and only against defects from workmanship or materials, which under normal use render the device inoperable.

- Seite 6 GEBRAUCHSANLEITUNG Kalibrierungstest vor der Einführung: Um zu bestätigen, dass der Sizer innerhalb des kalibrierten Parameters ist, stellen Sie die Skala am Sizer auf die 4-cm-Position und halten ihn an einen KOH Cup™ von 4 cm oder eine metrische Skala. Wenn das Instrument nicht korrekt kalibriert ist, darf es nicht verwendet werden.

Enzym- Reinigungsmittel reduzieren organische Stoffe und erleichtern ihre Entfernung. Niemals ätzende Reinigungsmittel (d. h. Bleichmittel) verwenden. - Seite 10 INSTRUCCIONES DE USO Prueba de calibración previa a la inserción: para confirmar que el medidor está dentro de su parámetro calibrado, fije la escala del medidor en la posición de 4 cm y sosténgalo frente a una escala métrica o a una KOH Cup™ de 4 cm. Si el dispositivo no está calibrado correctamente, no lo utilice.

Los agentes de limpieza enzimáticos reducen la materia orgánica y facilitan su eliminación. No utilice nunca agentes de limpieza corrosivos (es decir, lejía). - Seite 19 CONSIGLI PER LA PULIZIA Risciacquare e pulire sempre lo strumento subito dopo l’uso. Gli agenti detergenti di natura enzimatica riducono il materiale organico e ne facilitano la rimozione. Non usare mai detergenti corrosivi (ossia la candeggina). Sono raccomandati i detergenti a pH neutro (7,0) (se non se ne conoscono, controllare la scheda MSDS o verificare con il distributore).
