cf.x25dce: we are: [0]=DTE (default); [1]=DCE (for special hosts only)
cf.window: window size negotiation for call packet (0: no element)
cf.calldata: address in call packet ISO8208 (0:no,1:dad,2:oad,3:both)
cf.pvc: number of pvc (normally 0!)
cf.svc: number of svc 1..8 (default: 2)
cf.register: register software module (? shows registered mods)
