BEFORE USE
1. First read all instructions before use and retain the manual for later reference. Only plug this appliance into
an earthed socket. Before first use, remove the packing materials. Clean the appliance according to the
section "cleaning and maintenance". Wipe inside and outside of the appliance with a soft cloth. Make sure
that the electrical parts remain dry.
2. Operate the appliance before first use for approximately 10 minutes at the highest temperature in order to
burn off production residues. Make sure there is good ventilation. The appliance may emit some smoke and
a characteristic smell when you switch it on for the first time. This is normal and will stop soon.
3. Assemble the pizza peel before use. Attach the wooden handle onto the pizza peel body; fix with the
provided screws and nuts.
USE
1. Place the appliance on a flat, stable, heat-resistant and splash-proof surface where it cannot fall. Since the
appliance becomes hot during use, make sure that it is not too close to other objects.
2. Open the cooking chamber by the door handle. Slide in the pizza stone by means of the rollers on the left
and right sides of the cooking chamber (see below). Firstly place the pizza stone onto the rollers, and then
the pizza stone can be easily pushed into the cooking chamber.
3. Close the door and plug in the appliance. The buzzer sends out a beep sound. All the indicators on the
control panel illuminate. After several seconds, the appliance enters standby mode with "
other indicators off.
4. Press the button "
button " " to choose your desired menu program. The cooking temperature and time are in default. You
can also adjust the time/temperature by pressing the button "
for rapid adjustment.
