Cleaning the tanks
1. Remove the tank from the appliance.
2. Remove the cover.
3. Clean the tank and cover.
4. Allow the tank and cover to dry completely before reattaching them to the appliance.
Cleaning the universal nozzles
1. Remove the universal nozzle from the hose.
2. Remove any dirt residue and rinse the nozzle with clean water.
3. The transparent cover can be removed for easier cleaning.
4. Allow the universal nozzle to dry completely before storing it away.
Cleaning the filters
1. There is a small mesh filter in the fresh water tank. Limescale or dirt from the water can settle on this. Clean this
from time to time.
2. The sponge filter is located under the dirty water tank in the left-hand opening. Clean it from time to time.

Problem solving

Ensure that the plug is correctly inserted
into the socket.
Switch the main switch on the back of
the appliance to "I".
Clean the nozzle carefully with a needle.
Fill the clean water tank with water.
Contact customer service.
Clean the suction opening.
Empty/clean the dirty water tank.
Clean the suction opening.
Replace the hose with a new one.
