Possible causes
Brush roller is blocked
Waste water tank is full

Solution
Charge the battery
Clean the brush roller and remove debris such as hair
and fibres if necessary
Empty the waste water tank
Clean the suction opening
Check the correct fit of all parts and remove blockages /
dirt if necessary
Connect the mains supply unit correctly to a functio-
ning power socket
Clean the suction opening and check the suction tube
for any dirt
Clean the sponge filter, mesh filter and filter unit
Clean the waste water tank
Clean the brush roller and remove debris such as hair
and fibres if necessary
Clean the suction opening and remove the residues
Press the spray button as required to change the mode.
Check the fresh water tank and fill with water if
necessary.
Check the correct fit of the fresh water tank
Check that the waste water tank and the filters are
correctly fitted
Only use the supplied mains adapter for charging
Charge the appliance
Clean the brush roller
Empty the dirty water tank
