TROUBLE SHOOTING
If errors occur, the following list can be used to narrow down possible causes and solve
problems by yourself in some cases.
MALFUNCTION
No camera picture
The device doesn't shut down imme-
diately

CLEANING
Clean the device with a damp, clean cloth.
NOTE
Risk of property damage!
Improper cleaning can lead to damage or even complete failure of the equipment.

Do not use a high-pressure cleaner for cleaning.
•
Close the connections with the supplied protective caps.
•
Do not use aggressive cleaning agents.
•
Do not clean the electronic parts under running water.

SOLUTION
Check all connections
Windows-Updates are performed. Ensure the
power supply is uninterrupted and wait until the
device switches off.
Check the plug connection between proTab and
Profi NG or charger respectively.
restart proTab and make sure that the 3D joys-
tick is not pushed or moved
