Move laser to default positon
Push the toggle switch to move the laser of Profi NG
to one the three default positions.
Position 1: approx. 30cm in front of the back wheel
of Profi NG
Position 2: straight forward
Position 3: straight up
If proTab is not connected to Profi NG, the button features other functions.
Take picture
Push the button to activa the integrated camera and
open the dialog for taking pictures.
Trigger measurement/ Next
Within various measurement dialogs, pushing the
button triggers another measurement with the laser
of proTab or the next step of the procedure.

Window Live/ TV inspection

Cameras and crawlers are controlled via the control panel and the software. The range of
functions varies depending on the camera or the crawler. For further information, please
refer to the operating manuals of the respective camera or a crawler.
Adjust brightness
Turn the right rotary knob to the left or to the
right until the desired brightness is reached.
Adjust zoom (mode dependent)
Turn the left knob to the left or to the right to
zoom in or out.
Adjust focus
Turn the 3D joystick to the left to focus on a
closer area and to the right to focus on a more
distant area.
