3.1

Warnings for Laser Products

This sensor transmits visible laser light in accor-
dance with JIS C6802/IEC/FDA, laser safety
class 2 (II). The warning and type plates are
located on the side of the sensor housing.
3.1.1 Type of Laser Radiation

This sensor is subject to the laser classification
of the FDA when it is exported to the USA. The
test results of this sensor have been communi-
cated to the Center for Devices and Radiological
Health (CDRH). Contact the manufacturer for
additional details
When you install the device in your product,
inform the user that it is a laser device, which
must be operated accordingly to instructions.
