4. Fill the water tank with a descaling solution (cleaning vinegar will do in a proportion of
30-40 %, although it is recommended to use a product specifically designed for descaling
coffee machines). Fill the tank to the maximum possible level, about two fingers below the
limit.
5. Plug the machine into the mains socket. Next, press the small and medium cup buttons at
the same time for 5 seconds. The indicator light of the small cup button will light up; the
large cup button will flash red and white alternately. The appliance will have started the
descaling process.
6. Press these two buttons at the same time for 5 seconds.

The large cup button will flash alternately white and red for 5 seconds.
First stage of the descaling process
1.
Press the small cup button. The indicator light on this button will switch off. The indicator
light on the large cup button will continue to flash alternately white and red.
2. At the same time, the coffee machine will start pumping water and stop automatically.
After 2.5 minutes, the machine will start pumping water again and stop. This process is
repeated 8 times.
3. After the 8 repetitions, the appliance will continue pumping water until the tank is empty.
When this happens, the first phase of the descaling process is complete. The indicator light
on the large cup button will continue to flash alternately white and red.
Second stage of the descaling process
1.
Remove and clean the water tank. Next, fill the tank to the maximum possible level, about
two fingers below the limit.
2. Remove and clean the adapter. Next, place it back in the appliance.
3. At this point, the indicator light on the medium-sized cup button will be white. The indicator
light in the large cup will flash red and white alternately (it will flash faster than in the first
phase). The coffee machine will have started the second phase of the descaling process.
4. Press the medium cup button. The indicator light on this button will switch off. The indicator
light on the large cup button will continue to flash alternately white and red.
5. At the same time, the coffee machine will continue pumping water, then stop automatically
until it pumps about 600 ml of water.
6. All indicator lights will switch off, indicating that the second phase of the descaling process
has been completed.
7.
Next, press any button for the machine to return to its normal state.
Switching off the coffee machine
Press the small and large cup buttons at the same time to switch off the appliance.
Factory settings
Follow the steps below to reset the machine:

1.
Disconnect the machine from the mains and open the cover.
2. Press and hold the small and medium cup buttons at the same time.
3. Without releasing the buttons, switch the machine on (by connecting it to the mains). A
beep will sound.
4. Release the buttons.
5. Close the cover. Two beeps will sound.
6. Press the three buttons at the same time. A long beep will sound.
7.
Unplug the machine from the mains.
8. Reconnect the machine to the mains. Pressing any button will reset to factory settings.
To prepare the first coffee after the factory settings have been reset, follow the steps below:
1.
Before the first coffee is prepared after the factory settings have been reset, the indicator
light will flash red. Make sure that the water tank is not empty and that there is no pod or
ground coffee in the adapter being used.
2. Press the button whose indicator light is red. The coffee machine will start dispensing
water.
3. Let the water run out until the red indicator light stops flashing and the three buttons start
flashing.
