Einsatzbereiche sind die Messung von halbfesten Medien in der Lebensmittelherstellung und -bearbeitung: Schlachthäuser, Zerlegebetriebe, Wareneingangskontrolle bei Transporten, Käseherstellung, Bäckereibetriebe. - Seite 7 3. Produktbeschreibung 7 3.3 Aufbewahrungskappe Die mit Elektrolyt-Gel gefüllte Aufbe- wahrungskappe dient zur Lagerung der Sonde zwischen den Messungen. Die Sonde ist nur bei Lagerung im Elektrolyt-Gel sofort einsatzbereit. Befand sich die Sonde für längere Zeit außerhalb des Elektrolyt- Gels, muss sie für ca. 12h wieder in Elektrolyt-Gel gelagert wer- den, um sich zu regenerieren.

- Seite 10 Elektrolyt-Gel sauber halten. 5.4 Gerät kalibrieren Beachten Sie auch die Anwendungshinweise, die der Puffer- lösung beiliegen (Testo-Puffer: siehe Etikett). Beim Kalibrieren ist es wichtig, dass die Glassonde nicht den Kunststoff der Flasche berührt. Gerät nicht in der Flasche stehen lassen, da sich sonst Kalibrierabweichungen von bis zu ±0,4 pH ergeben können.

Bedienung 11 - Ist ein stabiler Messwert vorhanden (Änderung geringer 0,02pH in 20s), wird der Kalibrierpunkt kalibriert und das Gerät wechselt zum nächsten Kalibrierpunkt (falls vor- handen) bzw. zur Anzeige des Steigungs- und Offsetwerts. Kalibrierung manuell durchführen: Handlungsschritt 2 für die weiteren Kalibrierpunkte wieder- holen.
- Seite 12 5. Bedienung 1. Spülmittel bzw. Pepsin auf ein Tuch geben und damit die Sonde sanft abwischen (nicht reiben, da dies zur Bildung von statischen Aufladungen führt). 2. Die Sonde mit klarem, warmen Wasser abspülen. 3. Die Sonde zur Stabilisierung mindestens 1 Stunde (besser: 12 Stunden) in die Aufbewahrungslösung stellen.
