The device draws in the air at the front (Fig. 1) and blows it out again at the side (Fig. 2).
Make sure that the air inlet and air outlet are not blocked and check this each time you start
up the unit. Make sure that no objects or walls obstruct the air inlet or air outlet and observe
the distance rules.
Checking the drainage hose:
Check the hose used for hose drainage regularly for blockages and damage. If the hose is
clogged or damaged, replace it with a new one.
Storage of the dehumidifier
CAUTION: The evaporator inside the unit must be dried before packing the unit to avoid
damage to the components and mold. Unplug the unit and place it in a dry, open place for a
few days to dry it out. Another way to dry the unit is to set the humidity point more than 2%
higher than the ambient humidity to force the fan to dry the evaporator for a few hours.
If the dehumidifier is not used for a longer period of time:
1)
Start the drainage pump manually to ensure that there is no more water in the unit.
2)
Switch off and unplug the device.
3)
Remove and clean the dust filters. Make sure
before reinserting them.
4)
Bundle the power cord and attach it to the cable holder on the back of the unit.
5)
Store the dehumidifier in a cool dry place. Keep the unit
sunlight, too high/low temperature and high
