Elektroinstallation
Motor, Sensor und Bedienungseinheit anschließen
Nachdem Sie die Kabel am Rahmen entlang zur Akkubox geführt
haben, müssen Sie sie mit der der Motorsteuerung verbinden.
Lösen Sie die vier Schrauben (1). Ziehen Sie die Motorsteuerung
heraus und öffnen Sie das Gehäuse. Im Gehäuse liegt eine
Lüsterklemme,
die
mit
der
Motorsteuerung
Stromwandler verbunden ist. Schrauben Sie das dreiadrige
Sensorkabel, das dreiadrige Motorkabel und das fünfadrige Kabel
der
Bedienungseinheit
entsprechend
Lüsterklemmen (siehe Schema). Achtung:
Falls die Aufteilung der Adern in der Lüsterklemme nicht mit dem
Bild übereinstimmen, orientieren Sie sich auch an der Anzahl der
Adern. D.h. das dreiadrige Motorkabel hat ein dreiadriges
Gegenstück mit den gleichen Farben an der Lüsterklemme.
Licht installieren
Der Schalter wird mit bereits angeschlossenen und markierten
Kabeln mitgeliefert.
Verbinden Sie die Lichtkabel mit den
mittleren 10 cm Kabeln. Achten Sie auf die Polung. Der +Pol ist
das schwarze Kabel, der -Pol ist das schwarz-weiß gestreifte
Kabel. Die Verbindung sollte verlötet werden oder mit einer
Steckverbindung befestigt werden. Verbinden Sie die beiden Kabel
des Dynamo jeweils mit den passenden Kabeln, die am Schalter
sind. Die Verbindung sollte wie die Lichtkabelverbindung erfolgen.
Verbinden Sie die mit Wandler markierten Kabel mit der
Lüsterklemme (siehe Schema). Achten Sie auf eine gute Isolation,
sodass keine Feuchtigkeit an die Elektronik gelangen kann.
Abschließende Schritte
Führen Sie eine Funktionsprüfung durch bevor Sie die Steuerung
zusammenbauen(Motor, Sensor, Bedienungseinheit,Licht).
Schrauben Sie den Schalter wieder am Gehäuse der Steuereinheit
mit Hilfe der Abdeckkappe fest. Setzen Sie den Deckel auf und
verschrauben Sie die Steuereinheit am Akkuhalter. Abschließend
muss der Akku in den Halter geschoben werden. Der Schalter
dient dazu, bei geringer oder gar keiner Akkuleistung das Licht
auch über den Dynamo zu betreiben.

Electrical installation
Motor, sensor and control unit connected
After passing the cables along the frame to battery box, you must
connect to the motor control.
Remove the four screws (1). Pull the engine control system and
open the case. In case there is a screw terminal that is connected
to the engine controller and a power converter. Screw the three-
wire sensor cable, the three-wire motor cable and the five-core
cable operation unit corresponding to the colors in the terminal
block (see diagram). Note:
If the colors of the wires in the terminal do not match the image,
based also on the number of cores. I.e. the three-wire motor
cable has a three-core counterpart with the same colors on the
terminal block.
Light install
The switch comes with cables already connected and labeled.
Connect the light wires to the middle 10 cm cables. Note the
polarity. The positive pole is the black cable, the pole is the black
and white striped cord. The connection should be soldered or
attached by a connector. Connect the two cables in each of the
dynamo with the appropriate cables, which are at the counter.
The connection should be as light cable connection.
Connect the cable marked with converter with the terminal (see
diagram).
Final steps
Perform a functional test before you assemble the controller
(motor, sensor, control unit, light).
Screw the switch back to the housing of the control unit
determines with the help of the cap. Put the lid on and screw the
controller on the battery holder. Finally, the battery must be
inserted into the holder. The switch is designed to operate at low
or no battery power, the light, including the Dynamo.
