Montage an starrer Gabel
Mit unserem Befestigungssystem kann das Rahmenschloss an eine
starre Gabel befestigt werden.
Das Rahmenschloss kann vor und hinter der Gabel positioniert
werden.
Hinweis: Beim Kettwiesel / Lepus mit einem Steps-Motorssystem
oder mit einer Federgabel muss das Rahmenschloss vorne an
der Gabel montiert werden (s. Seite 2).
Hinweis: Beim Trikes mit einer Lichtanlage muss der längere
Lampenhalter montiert werden.
Montage
1.Führen Sie das Ende des gummierten Edelstahlbandes (1) um das
Gabelrohr und anschließend durch das Spannstück (2).
2. Spannen Sie das Edelstahlband (1) und klemmen Sie dieses durch
festziehen der Madenschraube (3).
3. Schneiden Sie das überstehende Edelstahlband (1) bis auf 10 mm
ab.
4.Setzen Sie das Rahmenschloss (4) auf die Spanngehäuse (2) und
fixieren sie es mit zwei M5 Sicherheitsmuttern (5)
Hinweis: Verwenden Sie bei Bedarf eine Zange zum spannen des
gummierten Edelstahlbandes.
Achtung! Montieren Sie das Rahmenschloss so, dass die
Lenkstange nicht mit dem Rahmenschloss kollidiert.
Mounting to a Rigid Fork
Our mounting system can be used for mounting the frame lock to a
rigid fork. The frame lock can be positioned either behind or in front of
the fork.

Note: On Kettwiesel and Lepus models with a Steps motor or a
suspension fork, the frame lock must be mounted in front of the
fork (see page 2).

Note: On trikes with a lighting system, the longer headlight
bracket must be used.

Mounting
1. Feed the end of the stainless steel band (1) around the fork tube and
then through the clamping piece (2)
2. Tighten the stainless steel band (1) and clamp it by tightening the
grub screw (3).
3. Shorten the end of the band to a length of 3/8 inch (10 mm).
4. Then place the frame lock (4) over the clamp housings (2) and attach
it with two nuts (5).

Note: If necessary,use pliers to tighten the steel band
Caution! Mount the frame lock low enough to ensure that the
steering rod will not bump against it.
