Motor mit Laufrad montieren
Lösen Sie den Schnellspanner und bauen Sie das Laufrad aus.
Setzen Sie das Laufrad mit Motor ein. Beachten Sie, dass die
Bremsscheibenaufnahme auf der linken Seite liegt. Schrauben Sie
das Laufrad fest. Verbinden Sie das Anschlusskabel mit dem
mitgelieferten Motorkabel. Befestigen Sie das Motorkabel mit
Klettband an der Gabel. Achten Sie darauf, das Motorkabel zuerst
in einer Schlaufe nach unten wegzuführen, damit kein Wasser
entlang des Kabels in den Motor fließen kann. Setzen Sie die
Kunststoffkappen auf die Achse. Führen Sie das Kabel am
Oberrohr entlang bis zur Steuerungseinheit.
Power Assist System montieren
Bauen Sie beide Kurbeln ab und schrauben Sie das Innenlager mit
einem Innenlagerschlüssel ab. Setzen Sie den Sensor des Power
Assist Systems wie im Bild (rechts) auf das mitgelieferte BSA-
Innenlager(unter der rechten Lagerschale sitzt ein Ring der nicht
entfernt werden darf) und schrauben Sie das Innenlager wieder
ein(Achtung: die Kröpfung des Sensorhalters muss innen liegen).
Setzen Sie die Magnetscheibe zwischen Kurbel und Innenlager und
schrauben Sie die Kurbeln wieder fest. Achten Sie hierbei auf die
durch Pfeile angezeigte Drehrichtung der Magnetscheibe. Führen
Sie das Kabel am Sattelrohr entlang hoch zur Steuerungseinheit.
Sichern Sie das Kabel mit Kabelbindern am Rahmen.
Bedienungseinheit montieren
Setzen Sie die Bedienungseinheit wie im Bild rechts oben auf das
Lenkerende und schrauben Sie ihn mit einem Kreuzschrauben-
dreher fest. Führen Sie das Kabel am Lenker entlang zum
Hauptrahmen und sichern Sie das Kabel mit Kabelbindern.
Kabelführung
Befestigen Sie das Steuerungskabel mit Kabelbindern am Lenker
Befestigen
Sie
das
Motor-,
Frontlicht-,
Sensorkabel mit Kabelbindern am Rahmen. Legen sie ggf. eine
Kabelschlaufe in der Nähe des Sitzes, so dass sie eine spätere
Längenverstellung aufnehmen kann. Zusammen mit dem Dynamo-
und Rücklichtkabel werden nun alle Kabel zur Steuerung verlegt.
Führen Sie nun die Elektroinstallation durch. Kürzen Sie ggf. zu
lange Kabel. Befestigen Sie nach der Elektroinstallation die Kabel
mit Kabelbindern am Gepäckträger.

Front wheel mount
Unfasten the quick release device and remove the front wheel.
Place the front wheel with motor. Consider that the brake disc
tray is on the left side. Tighten the front wheel. Connect the

motor cable with the provided motor cable. Pass the cable to the
pedal sensor
control unit.
Connect the motor cable with the control unit. Fix the cable with
cable ties at the fork and frame.
Power Assist System
Dismount both cranks and unscrew the bottom bracket with an
bottom bracket tool. Place the pedal sensor on the delivered
BSA-bottom bracket and screw it again( don´t remove the plastik
ring on the right side). Place the magnet disc between the bottom
bracket and the crank and tighten the cranks. Mount the offset
sensor bracket to the inner direction. Please consider the rotating
direction of the magnet disc which is shown on it with arrows.
Pass the cable along the saddle tube to the control unit. Insert the
plug into the approbiate connector at the control unit. Fix the
cable with cable ties at the frame.
Engine control mount
Place the engine control as shown in the picture on the handle
bar grip and tighten the screw by using Phillips srewdriver .
Pass the cable outside the handlebar mainframe and then to the
control unit. Insert the plug into the approbiate connector at the
control unit. Fix the cable with cable ties at the handlebar and
frame.
Cable management
Secure the control cable with cable ties to the handlebars. Attach
the engine, front light, control and sensor cables with cable ties to
the frame. If necessary, insert a wire loop in the vicinity of the
seat, so that they can receive a subsequent length adjustment.
