► Ensure that no fluids penetrate the device.

► Subject the device to a hygiene treatment at
regular intervals as described in this section.
NOTICE!
Damage to device
Unsuitable cleaning agents and disinfectants
may damage the sensitive surfaces of the device
and lead to transparent components becoming
clouded.
► Do not use aggressive or abrasive cleaning
agents.
► Do not use organic solvents (e.g. white spirit
or petroleum spirit).
► If required, moisten a soft cloth with a mild soap solu-
tion and wipe the device over with it.
1. Disinfect the device at regular intervals with a disinfec-
tant suitable for sensitive surfaces and acrylic glass
(e.g. 70 % ethanol).
2. Follow the instructions for use for the disinfectant.
3. Disinfect the device as follows:
► Moisten a soft cloth with disinfectant and wipe
down the device with it.
