reasonable timespan, eliminate the malfunctions that are encountered and attributable to
production defects. Having taken into consideration the current laws, the found defects
from appropriate assistance personnel will be solved via repair or, to 1Control discretion,
substitution of the product.
This warranty is valid only in the country in which the product is destined to and it is
entirely to the national distributors indicated on the certificate. Some limitations to the
assistance services may be due to the absence of specific components in the country.
The following are explicitely not covered by this warranty:
• The manual and/or the container.
• The users content, the downloaded configurations or third party software.
• The costs of sending a product to and from an authorized help center.
• The deterioration due to wear over time including the batteries.
• Damages due to accidental causes or unskillfulness and all the damages caused by
any external agent.
• All the damages caused by a non-compliant use described in the manual alongside
the product.
Limitations
This warranty is the protection provided to consumers by 1Control through dealer
reference and is not intended to restrict the guarantees of the consumer under the
legislation of different countries.
The warranty will be recognized exclusively in authorized service centers or at retailers
who sell products 1Control.
The terms of warranty may not be extended in any way and shall run only from the date of
the first sale of the product to the final consumer as certified by a valid fiscal document.
The defective parts replaced during repairs under warranty are the exclusive property
1Control and cannot be claimed by the consumer in any way.
To the extent permitted by applicable law and in the absence of fraud, no responsibility
can be attributed to 1Control for damages for loss of user data caused by any defect
covered by the warranty.
The consumer in order to have the device repaired is to always convey the product at his
own expense, at the authorized service center, devoid of any lock or security code that
limit or prevent the use and repair of the product.
Also excluded from liability are the losses of profit caused by non-use of the product
or loss of revenue for any direct, indirect, special or consequential damages caused by
the device.
The responsibility of 1Control is always limited to the purchase value of the product and
the consumer must always keep copies and safeguard the data and the software present
in the phones memory.
For faults which, for the reasons listed above, they were not related to the terms of
this warranty the consumer who does not wish to repair will be required to pay the
consideration of the budget requested by the service center. 1Control shall in no way be

held responsible for this request because it is outside their knowledge and external to
the protection warranty.
CAREFUL: this warranty is never valid if the product has experienced any kind of
tampering including the removal or deletion of labels.
6 - CORRECT PRODUCT AND BATTERIES DISPOSAL
Pursuant to "Directive 2002/95 / EC, 2002/96 / EC and 2003/108 / EC on the restricted
use of hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment, as well as waste
disposal", the crossed bin symbol on the appliance or its packaging indicates that
the product at the end of its life cycle must be collected separately from other waste.
The separate collection of this appliances end of product life cycle is organized and
managed by the manufacturer. The user who wishes to dispose of this equipment must
contact the manufacturer and follow the system that it has adopted to allow separate
collection of end product. Appropriate collection for the subsequent forwarding of
the decommissioned product to recycling, treatment and environmentally compatible
disposal helps prevent negative impact on the environment and health and promotes the
reuse and / or recycling of materials making up the device.
Illegal dumping of the product by the owner involves the application of administrative
sanctions provided by law.
The marking on the battery or its documentation or packaging indicates that the batteries
in this product should not be disposed of with other common household waste at the
end of its life cycle. Where marked, the chemical symbols Hg, Cd or Pb indicate that the
battery contains mercury, cadmium or lead above the reference levels in EU Directive
2006/66. If the battery is not properly disposed of, these substances can cause harm to
human health or the environment.
7 - CONFORMITY
The manufacturer 1Control srl declares that the 1Control sensors were built in compliance
with the technical standards and directives in force on 15.09.2024. The full text of the EU
