The sensor is installed but does not detect
the open/close status
If the sensor installation was successful and you completed the pairing
with the gate/garage/door following the procedure on page 4, make
sure that the sensor components are positioned correctly as indicated
on page 10 or 12.
After verifying these steps, if the problem persists, it could be due to
one of the following situations:
• The sensor might be too far from the LINK Hub, preventing it from
detecting the opening status. Move LINK closer to the sensor and

• The LINK Hub might be offl ine because it is too far from the Wi-Fi,
failing to communicate the opening status to the app. Move LINK

Se l'installazione del sensore è andata a buon fi ne e hai completato l'associazione al
cancello/garage/porta seguendo la procedura a pagina 5, assicurati che le componenti
del sensore siano state posizionate correttamente come indicato a pagina 11 o 13. Dopo
aver verifi cato questi passaggi, se il problema persiste, potrebbe essere causato da una
delle seguenti situazioni:
• Il sensore potrebbe essere troppo lontano dall'Hub LINK, impedendogli di rilevare lo
stato di apertura. Avvicina LINK al sensore e controlla se il problema si risolve.
• L'Hub LINK potrebbe essere offl ine perché troppo lontano dal Wi-Fi, non riuscendo a
comunicare con l'app lo stato di apertura. Sposta LINK nel raggio di copertura del Wi-Fi.

des situations suivantes :
• Le capteur pourrait être trop éloigné du Hub LINK, ce qui empêche la détection de
l'état d'ouverture. Approchez LINK du capteur et vérifi ez si le problème est résolu.
• Le Hub LINK pourrait être hors ligne en raison de sa distance par rapport au Wi-Fi, ce
qui empêche la communication de l'état d'ouverture à l'application. Déplacez LINK dans
la zone de couverture du Wi-Fi.

• Der LINK Hub könnte zu weit vom Wi-Fi entfernt sein und daher den Öff nungsstatus nicht
an die App übermitteln. Platzieren Sie LINK innerhalb der Wi-Fi-Abdeckung.
