1. Press any key to stop the audible signal and
turn off the symbol .
2. Set the function selector to the off position .
3. The oven is ready to remove any remaining
dirt and water.
(The SCS function is performed at a low tempera-
ture. However, cooling times may vary depending
on the ambient temperature.)
Before touching the interior surface of the
oven directly, make sure the temperature is
suitable. If further cleaning is required after
performing the SCS function, use neutral de-
tergents and non-abrasive sponges.

Before starting the pyrolysis cleaning cycle, ca-
refully read the safety instructions you will find at
the beginning of the Installation and Maintenance
book.
This function allows you to carry out a pyrolysis
cleaning cycle, during which, due to the high tem-
peratures reached inside the oven, a carboniza-
tion process of the accumulated fats occurs.
In general, it is recommended to perform a pyroly-
sis every 4-5 times you cook and to use the pro-
gram that best suits the level of dirt in your oven.
The dirtier it is, choose a longer program.
During pyrolysis, the oven's interior lighting will re-
main off.

Start the program
Before starting the program:
•
Before performing the pyrolysis, it is essential
to remove all accessories and dishes from the
oven, including tray supports and/or telescopic
guides. Follow the instructions in the installa-
tion and maintenance manual that accompa-
nies your oven for this.

Remove any spills or excess dirt from the in-
terior, as during pyrolysis these could ignite,
posing a fire hazard.
•
Before starting the pyrolysis, ensure that the
oven door is properly closed.

1. Turn the cooking function selector knob to the
Pyrolysis position:
2. After a few seconds, on the clock display, the
symbol will illuminate and the indication P2
(pyrolysis program 2) will be displayed.
3. At this point, you can modify the pyrolysis pro-
gram to P1, P2, P3 using the keys or :
P1: Gentle pyrolysis. Duration of 1 hour.
P2: Normal pyrolysis. Duration of 1 hour and
30 minutes.
P3: Intensive pyrolysis. Duration of 2 hours.
4. After selecting the desired program, press .
Immediately after, the automatic door lock will
be activated.
If the door is not properly closed, it will not be loc-
ked, an alarm will sound, and the pyrolysis will not
start.
If this happens, turn off the alarm by pressing any
key on the clock, close the door properly, set the
function selector to the correct position, and select
the pyrolysis program again following the previous
instructions.
5. When the door is locked, the symbol will be
illuminated on the clock display and the re-
maining time for the end of the pyrolysis will
be displayed.
