9. When the gas injection is finished, remove the cylinder from the machine.
10. Shake the bottle up and down 3 to 5 times to get more bubbles.
11. You can then remove the cap from the bottle to enjoy your drink. The pressure relief of the
bottle can be done at variable speed:
• Slowly turn the plug to the 1st position for a slow flush and then turn the plug to the 2nd
position for a fast flush.
12. After gas injection, wait for the beverages inside to return to the maximum capacity
mark, then slowly turn the cap 15°, if the liquid surface drops back down to the maximum
capacity mark, continue to slowly turn the cap until the gas is completely released. If the
liquid level does not drop after turning 15°, close the stopper until the liquid level drops to
the maximum mark line and repeat the above operation.
13. Finally, unscrew the cap of the bottle completely and your fizzy drink is ready.
R E M ARKS ON USE
• Water or other mixed beverages placed in the PET bottle should be at a temperature be-
tween 4ºC ~ 40ºC.
• Juice can be added to the bottle to prepare flavoured soft drinks but sugar or impurities
may block or corrode the plastic parts. For proper cleaning, soak the cap in water at room
temperature between 20ºC-30ºC for at least 3 minutes. The stopper must be completely
covered by the water. Afterwards, dry the stopper completely.
• Do not use thick liquids as they can create a lot of bubbles, when carbonating the drink, the
bubbles will come out easily during pressure relief and your drink will not be carbonated
properly.
• As this is an open pressure structure, when the gas is full during injection, the pressure
lever may bounce, it is normal that some gas comes out of the pressure lever when the
cylinder is full. This also means that you should stop pressing.
• When you hear a hissing sound, it means that the cylinder has reached maximum pressure,
please do not continue to press or gas will be wasted.
• When injecting gas, if no gas is coming out of the tube, it may mean that the gas bottle is
running out of gas and needs to be replaced.
• Note: If you use cold water, the bubbly taste of the drink will be better. We suggest that you
put the full bottle of drinking water in the refrigerator to cool it beforehand.
