Quick Start Guide
Power on the device: short press of the ON/OFF button.
Power off the device: long press of the ON/OFF button for longer than 3 seconds.
Microbolometer calibration: short press of the ON/OFF
Start/pause/resume video recording: short press of the REC button.
Stop video recording: long press of the REC button.
Switch to Photo mode: long press of the REC button.
Capture a photo: short press of the REC button.
Switch to Video mode: long press of the REC button.
Turn on the rangefinder/measuring distance: short press of the LRF button.
Activate SCAN mode: long press of the LRF button.
Deactivate SCAN mode: short press of the LRF button.
Turn off the rangefinder: long press of the LRF button.
The proximity sensor can be disabled/enabled in the
y
"General settings" section of the main menu.
Observation conditions: time of day, weather, type of
observation objects affect the image quality. Custom settings
for brightness, display contrast as well as the function of
adjusting the microbolometer sensitivity amplification level
will help to achieve the desired quality in a particular situation.
