Annex 1: Error messages and warnings

The following error messages and warnings are possible:
1)
Re-calibration error
Error: Syntax Error
Error: Missing command or argument
Error: File I/O failure
Error: Image analysis failed
Error: Corrupt image
Error: Incorrect light intensity
Error: Expiration date exceeded
Error: An analysis error occurred
Creating result PDF failed!
Error: Wrong orientation

Error: No sample
Error: Measurement not evaluable
Error: Timeout
Device not calibrated, wrong camera parameter or control measurement failed
Error: Camera out of focus
Low Battery Power! Please connect device to mains voltage!
Insufficient Battery Power! Device is shut down!
Less than 20 measurements possible! Please backup and delete measurements!
Notes:
1) Could only occur during start routine.
2) Could only occur during control measurement.
3) Occurs, if a measurement is performed after a failed re-calibration.
If any of these errors occur, a restart and a repeat measurement can be attempted. If the error
recurs, please contact your local distributor or our Technical Service or (see page 3).
