Starting the cooling box
• Connect the unit to a 12/24V DC or 230V AC power source (adapter included)
• Press the main switch button to start (or to switch off)
• Use the SET button to set the MAX - ECO cooling modes (default setting is MAX)
• Use the + and - buttons to set the desired temperature.-Cooling compartments can only have a different temperature
setting if a removable baffle is inserted.The temperature difference between the two compartments must not exceed
20°C. -The lower temperature should always be set in the right-hand cooling compartment.
Examples of correct cooling zone settings:
Left compartment 5°C Right compartment -15°C OK
Left compartment -15°C Right compartment -15°C OK
Left compartment 10°C Right compartment -15°C Wrong
• Each cooling zone can be switched off by pressing the + and - buttons simultaneously for a few seconds.
The display will show the symbols ( -- ) when the zone is switched off.
To switch it back on, press the + and - buttons again for a few seconds.
Battery protection function
• The cooling box checks the battery status in real time
• The cooler has 3 levels of battery protection
• Long pressing the Set button for 3 seconds will display the protection against discharge of the connected battery.
• Pressing the Set button successively selects the H - M - L modes.
• Confirm the change by waiting approx. 10 seconds, then your selection is saved -H should be set for use in the vehi-
cle, M and L for use with the backup power supply.-Protection should be set to H if the cool box is still working after the
engine has been switched off, this will prevent excessive battery usage and you can safely start the vehicle.
• Since different vehicles may have different output voltages, the battery protection can be set to a lower level to ensure
the operation of the cool box in such cases.
Food storage
Refrigerator (0°C ~ 10°C)
• Suitable for e.g. eggs, butter, milk, beverages in closed containers or other packaging.
• Fruits and vegetables should be placed in bags to maintain freshness.
• Never place hot food in the cooler. Always let it cool to room temperature first before placing it in the cooler.
• Leaving a clear space between each food item will result in better air circulation, resulting in increased energy efficien-
cy and faster cooling.
Freezer (-20°C)
• When buying frozen food, it is essential to put it back into the freezer as quickly as possible.
• Do not place glass containers or packages containing sealed liquids in the freezer. Expansion of liquids could cause
breakage and other similar damage.
• Do not place fresh and marinated food together.
• Do not place fruit and vegetables in the freezer as they may dry out.
Defrosting
After the refrigerator has been running for a period of time, frost forms on the surface in the freezer,
which reduces the cooling effect and increases energy consumption. In this case, defrosting is necessary.
Disconnect the power and open the door, remove the food from the refrigerator.
Use the defrosting paddle to remove ice and frost (you can also leave the door open, then the ice will melt by itself by in-
creasing the temperature). Wipe off any ice and water residue. Then place the food back in the fridge and plug the power
supply back in.Note: Do not use sharp objects to scrape, these could damage the cooler.
Cleaning and care
Disconnect the power supply before cleaning!
Use a soft, damp cloth in hot water to wipe the interior surfaces and exterior of the refrigerator. Use a neutral cleaner to
clean stubborn stains, then dry the refrigerator with a clean soft cloth.
Remove food and disconnect the refrigerator from power during a long vacation or absence. Clean it and leave the door
open and place the fridge in a ventilated roomNote: Do not rinse the refrigerator with water during cleaning, this can
reduce the insulating properties of electrical components and may lead to erosion of metal components. Do not use
cleaning agents containing corrosive or crushed material (e.g., detergents, bleach, alkaline cleaners, benzene, gasoline,
acids, hot water, etc.) to clean exterior panels, door seals, and plastic parts.
