The indicator LED blinks green three times in order to confirm that
saving has been successful.
Note
The measured values are stored in the last selected mem-
ory location. This location can only be selected at the test
instrument (see operating instructions for the test/mea-
suring instrument).

5.2 MEASURING POINT ILLUMINATION
The probe is equipped with measuring point illumination in order to light up
poorly illuminated measuring points.

Proceed as follows:
1. Press the measuring point illumination key.

Measuring point illumination is switched on.
2. Press the measuring point illumination key once again.

Measuring point illumination is switched off.

7 MAINTENANCE
7.1 CLEANING
DANGER
Life endangering due to electric shock!
The product is powered by electrical current and there's al-
ways a risk of electric shock. This can be fatal or cause serious
injuries.
 The product must be voltage-free before beginning, as
well as during cleaning. Disconnect the product from the
test/measuring instrument to this end.

Never immerse the product in water or other liquids.

Never touch the product with wet hands.
ATTENTION
Unsuitable Cleaning Agents
Unsuitable cleaning agents such as aggressive or abrasive cleansers result
in damage to the product.

Use a dry cloth for cleaning.

Avoid the use of cleansers, abrasives or solvents.
7.2 TEST TIP REPLACEMENT
The test tip is screwed in and can be replaced. A set of 5 test tips is available
for use as replacement parts (article number Z506Y).
Test tip replacement is described in the product documentation for the set.
