Settings in the "Answering Machine" menu

 In the main menu, open the "Answering machine" menu.
 Choose the option "Settings" and confirm the selection with "Select".
Answering mode
 Select either "Answere&Record" or "Answere Only".

"Answere&Record": The answering machine will respond to the call
and record messages;

"Answere Only": The answering machine will respond to the call
without recording a message.
 Select the desired setting and confirm with "Select".
Listening to messages
A default announcement is available for every answering mode (see above).
Play back your announcements as follows:
 Select the "Settings" entry in the "Answering machine" menu and then
the option "OGM Settings" and confirm with "Select".
 Chose either the option "Answere&Record" or "Answere Only" and
confirm with "Select".
 Select "Play back message" and confirm with "Select".
Recording an announcement
You can record an announcement for every answering mode (see above).
These announcements can be up to one minute long.
 Call up the "OGM Settings" menu. Chose either the option
"Answere&Record" or "Answere Only" and confirm with "Select".
 Select "Record" and confirm with "Select".
You will now be prompted to make your announcement after the acoustic
signal.
 Speak into the handset microphone at normal speaking volume.
 Confirm with "OK".
