Servohebel montieren und mit Ø 1,5 mm aufbohren.

- Die Gestängeenden so kürzen, dass sie die Servo-
Ausschläge nicht behindern.

- Set the aileron servo to centre, drill out the linkage holes
in the servo output lever to 1.5 mm Ø and screw it to
the servo output shaft.

- Screw the linkage lugs onto the threaded torque rod
ends. Set them to the same height: X = X.

- Install the aileron servo.
- Screw the locknuts and clevises about half-way onto
the aileron pushrods and connect the clevises.
- Set the ailerons to centre and mark the point where the
pushrods have to be bent.

- Form a Z-bend at the marked points and connect the
pushrods.
- Cut off excess pushrod length so that the rods do not
prevent the ailerons moving to full deflection.

- Amener le servo des ailerons en position neutre à l'aide
de l'ensemble de radiocommande, monter le palonnier
du servo et porter le trou à Ø 1,5 mm.

- Monter les raccords de timonerie. Veiller à ce que la
hauteur soit identique, X = X.

- Monter le servo.
- Monter les contre-écrous et les chapes à mi-longueur
environ du filetage de la timonerie des ailerons,
accrocher les chapes.
- Amener les ailerons en position médiane, appliquer un
repère sur la timonerie.

- Cintrer l'extrémité en Z et accrocher la timonerie.
- Raccourcir les extrémités de la timonerie de sorte
qu'elles ne gênent pas les débattements des servos.
