Fläche mit den Drähten zu verhindern.

- Zum Verkleben der Drähte Epoxy in die Bohrungen der
Querruder träufeln.
- Ruder möglichst spaltfrei an die Fläche setzen, aufklap-
pen und Speed-Kleber in die Scharnierschlitze laufen
lassen.
- Auf Leichtgängigkeit und ausreichende Ausschläge der
Ruder achten.

- Remove the covering film over the aileron servo well.

- Remove the ailerons from the wing.
Push the hinges half-way into the ailerons and glue
them in place with a drop of Speed 1 cyano.
- Slip a strip of clear plastic film between the torque rods
and the wing to avoid gluing the rods to the wing
structure.
- Open up the hinge slots in the wing slightly.
- Force epoxy into the holes in the ailerons to secure the
torque rods.
- Fit the ailerons on the wing, set the hinge line gap as
narrow as possible, then deflect them to full travel and
run drops of cyano along the hinges and into the slots
in the wing.
- Check that the ailerons move freely in both directions
before allowing the glue to set hard.

- Augmenter légèrement la taille des fentes des
charnières dans l'aile.
- Pour collet les cordes à piano, appliquer de la colle
époxy dans les alésages des ailerons.
- Installer les ailerons sur l'aile de manière qu'ils ne
présentent pas de jeu, les relever et faire couler de la
colle cyanoacrylate dans les fentes des charnières.
- Veiller à ce que les ailerons conservent leur souplesse
et à ce qu'ils présentent un débattement suffisant.
