General Description II

Complete duct module suitable for the installation
into a horizontal duct line. The module is incorporated
in a completely welded, stainless steel 1.4016
housing with a lacquer finish in RAL 7035. It is
stable and torsion-free and has smooth internal
surfaces. The maintenance door is fitted with clip
fasteners. The bottom part is designed as an oil- and
waterproof collection pan. The housing incorporates
the agglmerator and the patented aerosol separator,
which are arranged in a right angle to the airflow
in two stages. The collecting pan is fitted with a
drain socket, a level indicator and a one-inch socket
for the connection to an on-site drain line with siphon.
The optional flow operated bag filter can used by
extremly high liquid concentrations. The duct junctions
are not included within the scope of delivery.

All basic modules and agglomerators can be
cleaned and reused – no throwaway filters!
The flame arresting capacity
has been tested successfully by the German TÜV in compliance
with the directive UL 1046 of the American Underwriters Laboratories®.
