4.6 The keep warm function
Note on the suitability of the keep warm function
This function is intended for keeping heated food
warm directly after preparation,
not for reheating cooled food.
To use the keep warm function to keep your prepared food
warm with the appropriate energy supply,
proceed as follows:
Activating the keep warm function
• Touch the cooking zone selection key of the cooking zone
for which you want to activate the keep warm function.
• While the corresponding cooking zone display is flashing,
touch the keep warm key
• The cooking zone power is optimised for
keeping food warm;
the corresponding cooking zone display shows
Deactivating the keep warm function
• Touch the cooking zone selection key of the cooking zone
for which you want to deactivate the keep warm function.
• To stop the keep warm function and to set any power
level for the cooking zone or switch it off,
use the slider as described before
while the cooking zone display is flashing.
