7.2 Error codes, meaning and suggested solutions
Error code

No suitable cookware was

The voltage is too low
(less than 85 V)

Suggested solutions
Place suitable cookware in the middle
of the corresponding cooking zone
(see chapter on cookware)
Check the power supply.
If it is normal, turn the hob back on.
Contact the customer service
or a certified elecrician.
Wait until the hob has cooled down
and then switch it on again.
Contact the customer service
or a certified elecrician.
Remove any liquids, moisture or soiling,
especially around the control panel.
If the hob has switched off,
switch it on again.
