Überlastschutz des Regeltrafos
Wenn der Trafo überlastet ist (z. B. weil
zu viele Züge auf einmal fahren) oder
ein Kurzschluß auftritt (z. B. weil ein
Metallwerkzeug auf den Gleisen liegt),
schaltet der Überlastschutz den Trafo
automatisch ab.
In diesem Fall sofort den Stecker des
Trafos aus der Steckdose ziehen. Einige
Minuten warten und dann:
1. Die Überlastung beheben: Loko-
motiven oder Zubehör von der Anlage
entfernen. Trafo wieder anschließen.
2. Den Kurzschluß finden (z. B. ent-
gleister Zug oder Metallwerkzeug auf
den Gleisen). Kurzschluß beheben.
Trafo wieder anschließen.
Hinweis: Bei einigen Gleisführungen,
wie z. B. Kehrschleifen, treten
Kurzschlüsse auf, die nur durch
spezielle Schaltungen vermieden
werden können. Weitere Informationen

Power Pack Safety Circuit
If there is an overload (for example,
from running too many trains) or a
short circuit (for example, a metal tool
on the track), a safety circuit inside the
power pack will shut off the power
pack.
If this happens, unplug the power pack
from the house current outlet
immediately. Wait several minutes for
the power pack to cool and then:
1. Find the overload. Remove
locomotives or accessories from the
layout. Reconnect the power pack.
2. Find the short circuit, like a derailed
train or metal tool on the track. Remove
the short circuit. Reconnect the power
pack.
Hint: Some track configurations, like
reversing loops, will cause short circuits
unless special wiring is installed. For

Circuit de protection du groupe
d'alimentation
Un circuit de protection à l'intérieur du
groupe d'alimentation coupera le
groupe en cas de surcharge (trop de
trains par exemple) ou de court-circuit
(objet métallique sur les rails par
exemple).
Dans ce cas, débrancher
immédiatement le groupe
d'alimentation de la prise dans la
maison, attendre plusieurs minutes
pour laisser refroidir le groupe, puis :
1. Trouver la raison de la surcharge.
Enlever des locomotives ou démonter
des accessoires du réseau. Rebrancher
le groupe d'alimentation.
2. Trouver la raison du court-circuit, un
train déraillé ou un outil métallique sur
la voie. Éliminer le court-circuit.
Rebrancher le groupe d'alimentation.
Conseil : Certaines configuration de
voies, comme les boucles de retour
causeront des courts-circuits si un
câblage spécial n'est pas utilisé.
